A pop-up wellbeing event provides employees with an ad-hoc wellbeing experience designed to:

Your pop-up wellbeing event is what you make it. Typically, organisations run various activities and wellbeing sessions to give employees the opportunity to try new things, talk about mental health and build on their personal toolkits. The best pop-up wellbeing events are those that are inclusive and support the wellbeing needs of your employees. When planning your event, you therefore need to keep this in mind. For organisations that work remotely, video conferencing and breakout sessions will be your best friend! For those in a physical location, utilise your space effectively. You might choose to block out a whole day or an afternoon to run everything at the same time or opt to run each activity on a different day across a specific week.
