Clarity in the moments that matter.

A hands-on, CPD-accredited workshop that gives teams the tools and confidence to respond effectively to mental health crises at work.

Did you know, 1 in 5 people in the UK experience thoughts of suicide?

Mental health crises don’t follow a script. We provide clarity on how to respond 👇

A clear step-up risk framework

We cover how to identify when someone might be in real danger, and what actions to take. We teach a practical, easy-to-follow framework that helps individuals review risk with confidence, ask the right questions, and know when it’s time to escalate.

This isn’t about diagnosing. It’s about recognising distress, responding with care, and knowing what to do next. Through real-life case studies, we unpack the signs of suicidal thinking and self-harm, explore why they can arise, and how to respond in a way that’s compassionate, calm, and safe.

In this workshop, we show individuals how to create simple, supportive crisis plans that help someone feel grounded, seen, and guided when things become overwhelming. Just as importantly, we explore the limits of their role, making sure they know how to protect boundaries while offering care.

In this session, we explore how to signpost in these challenging moments. We cover when to step in, how to navigate a conversation, and ways to guide someone toward the right support. We can also include your internal signposting pathways should you wish. Most importantly, we reinforce that it’s not about having all the answers. It’s about knowing where to point someone next.

Even though confidentiality is an essential part of any supporting role, there are limits to confidentiality which are equally as vital to know. In the session, we walk through the specific situations that warrant a breach of confidentiality, taking questions from attendees during the session.

Supporting your own self-care

You can’t pour from an empty cup, especially in crisis work. We help employees recognise the emotional toll of supporting others and prioritise their own mental health in the process. From small daily resets to setting boundaries after difficult conversations, we share practical ways to protect your energy while still showing up with care.
