Try this breathing exercise with your employees. We recommend doing these in a group setting and encouraging employees to use these techniques going forward.

If you are hosting the event remotely, this activity can be held on a video call with one person facilitating a group of employees (cameras off if you prefer). If you are a large organisation, you could use the breakout room function to practise together in smaller groups. Alternatively, if you are physically together, find a quiet place where you know you won’t be disturbed.
