In celebration of Stress Awareness Month, we hosted weekly 30-minute meditation sessions with our Clinical Psychologist, Lauren Callaghan, and Speaker & Community Lead, Jess Robson. Whether you joined us live or missed out, we’re now sharing the replays so you can experience the calm anytime.

These sessions explored simple, effective meditation techniques to help reduce stress, find balance, and feel more at ease. Even though the live sessions are over, the benefits of meditation last long after the practice ends, so you can still carry that calm with you throughout the day.

Each week, we explored a different type of meditation: starting with an introduction to meditation, followed by gratitude meditation, breathing-based techniques, and a non-judgmental practice. With the replays, you can dive in and find the practice that works best for you, helping you support your wellbeing on your own schedule.
