Supporting neurodiverse employees starts with managers.
A CPD-accredited workshop that gives line managers the awareness, understanding, and tools to better support neurodiverse employees in their team.
Recognised hours for your managers. Every attendee walks away with CPD hours they can log, adding real professional value beyond the workshop.
Not just 'awareness training'. This workshop provides the tools, case studies and skills for managers to confidently navigate neurodiversity in their teams.
The journey doesn't end with one workshop. We provide key resources for attendees to continually reinforce learnings following the workshop and beyond.
Did you know 1 in 5 people are neurodivergent, and only 3 in 10 would share their diagnosis with their manager
Give managers confidence on how to approach neurodiverse employees

We help managers understand their duty of care under the Equality Act 2010 and how it applies to supporting neurodivergent employees at work, so they’re clear on what’s expected of them and where their responsibilities lie.
We break down what neurodiversity really means. Removing the confusion and helping managers understand that all our brains work differently. We explore common neurodivergent conditions including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and explain how they can show up in the workplace.
We explain the everyday challenges neurodivergent employees can face, particularly around communication and workplace interactions. Managers will gain insight into how these difficulties can show up in real situations, and have space to reflect, ask questions, and share thoughts with the facilitator.
Reasonable adjustments can make all the difference in helping neurodivergent employees thrive at work. We explore the types of support managers should consider, from sensory needs to workflow-based adjustments, so they can create a working environment that works for everyone.
Even though confidentiality is an essential part of any supporting role, there are limits to confidentiality which are equally as vital to know. In the session, we walk through the specific situations that warrant a breach of confidentiality, taking questions from attendees during the session.
Our workshop equips managers with the practical tools and confidence to support neurodivergent employees but crucially carries the professional stamp to match. Whether you’re rolling this out to a handful of team leads or embedding it across your entire management population, CPD accreditation gives HR teams like yours the assurance that this investment will land.

Supporting your own self-care
You can’t pour from an empty cup, especially in crisis work. We help employees recognise the emotional toll of supporting others and prioritise their own mental health in the process. From small daily resets to setting boundaries after difficult conversations, we share practical ways to protect your energy while still showing up with care.
