The Supporter Method
The 5-step framework was built on one core belief: that workplace Mental Health First Aid and Champion programmes should be safe, structured, and strategically aligned. The framework has now been adopted by hundreds of organisations to:
-
Embed the necessary safety and supervision across peer support networks
-
Create oversight and reporting, to capture actionable data and measurable impact
-
Establish ongoing development and training to maintain boundaries
-
Build the necessary structure for high engagement with the programme
-
Prove outcomes and ensure the programme aligns with the overall health & wellbeing strategy
What to bring
Please bring a tablet or laptop for access to the handbook and/or note taking. Please note that we’ll be capturing video and photographic the day for both promotional and training purposes.
