Roundtable: How to prevent work-related stress in your workplace
What: Join fellow mid to senior-level HR and Wellbeing professionals for a roundtable discussing how to prevent work-related stress in your workplace.
When: Wednesday 15th July at 12 – 1pm
Where: Virtual over Teams! We will share the invite with you privately.

What to expect...
In this roundtable, Paul McGregor and Emily Langton will bring together mid to senior-level HR and Wellbeing professionals working across businesses in the UK to explore a challenge almost every organisation is grappling with: how to prevent work-related stress, rather than simply managing it once it’s already taken hold.
This interactive session will explore what it really means to design stress out at the source, so that organisations can move from firefighting individual cases to building a workplace that prevents stress before it starts.
Below is a brief outline of the agenda. As always, we want the discussion to reflect the realities you are facing. If there are specific challenges or questions you would like us to address, please share them in advance.
Agenda highlights:
- What prevention actually means and how it differs from the wellbeing initiatives most organisations already run
- The real drivers of work-related stress and where organisations most often go wrong
- Equipping key supporters in your business – from a safe, effective and measurable peer support network to your managers – to act as a genuine preventative lever, spotting and reducing stress before it takes hold
- Making the case to leadership that prevention is worth the investment and learning from organisations that have shifted the dial
The roundtable will begin with brief introductions before Paul and Emily facilitate an open, sensitive conversation with all attendees.
