A look inside our training day

Event details

  • Date: Wednesday 24th Feb 2027
  • Time: 9.15am – 4.30pm
  • Location: London (Venue TBC)

What to expect

  • Work through The Supporter Method, step by step. Our 5-step framework (Assess, Train, Support, Engage, Measure) is built to address the known limitations of “train and go” Mental Health First Aid and Champion approaches, with an interactive workshop at each stage. You’ll put each step into practice on your own programme, not just hear about it.
  • Identify the gaps in your current approach. Assess where your programme sits today, where the risk is and the order to address it in, so you leave with a clear plan of action.
  • Connect with like-minded peers. Join a group of 16 professionals from leading organisations, who are on the same journey and facing the same challenges. Share what’s working, what isn’t and how they’re moving their programmes forward.
  • Build the business case for your programme. Use benchmarks and trends from the Everymind Platform to see what’s driving better outcomes elsewhere and how your programme compares, then turn that into a case for budget and reporting upwards.
  • Walk away Supporter Method certified. Gain formal recognition of your ability to lead and govern a successful peer support programme.

The Supporter Method

The 5-step framework was built on one core belief: that workplace Mental Health First Aid and Champion programmes should be safe, structured, and strategically aligned. The framework has now been adopted by hundreds of organisations to:

  • Embed the necessary safety and supervision across peer support networks

  • Create oversight and reporting, to capture actionable data and measurable impact

  • Establish ongoing development and training to maintain boundaries

  • Build the necessary structure for high engagement with the programme

  • Prove outcomes and ensure the programme aligns with the overall health & wellbeing strategy

What to bring

Please bring a tablet or laptop for access to the handbook and/or note taking. Please note that we’ll be capturing video and photographic the day for both promotional and training purposes.
