The Supporter Method

The 5-step Supporter Method is a reimagined framework for workplace peer support.

It’s built on one core belief: that Mental Health First Aid in the workplace should be safe, structured, and strategically aligned.

Unlike traditional models, the Supporter Method:

  • Embeds ongoing development and CPD-accredited training

  • Tracks data and trends to inform strategy

  • Centres on proactive, not reactive, engagement

  • Prioritises the safety of the network alongside protecting the business

This is  a system designed to be sustainable, effective and impactful.

What to bring

Please bring a tablet or laptop for access to the handbook and/or note taking.
