Why not bookmark them now for easy access anytime?

Sometimes even the best tech needs a little nudge! If something’s not working quite right, try these quick fixes first:

  • Make sure your app and device are running the latest versions – updates often fix little bugs behind the scenes
  • Give your device a quick restart (you’d be surprised how often that does the trick!)
  • Check your internet connection (WiFi or data) to make sure you’re online and stable
  • Close and reopen the app, sometimes it just needs a fresh start.

You’ll need your Company ID, email address and password. These are the same details for both the web platform and the app.

Your Company ID is a unique code for your organisation. Ask your network lead for it, or contact us at theteam@everymindatwork.com, and we’ll help.

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page to reset it.

If prompted for an OTP when logging in, it will be sent to you by email or text message, depending on how your network lead set up your account.

  • Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a message from info@everymindapp.com
  • Or check your text messages if SMS delivery was selected

If you don’t receive your OTP within a few minutes, you can request a new one on the login screen – or contact us at theteam@everymindatwork.com if you’re still having trouble.

As a Supporter, you can:

  • Register for monthly development sessions to keep your skills sharp and stay connected
  • Build your knowledge through our Skills Centre with on-demand resources
  • Access 1:1 support from the Everymind team whenever you need it
  • Log your mental health conversations to help your organisation understand what’s happening on the ground

All available through both the web platform and the app.

You can choose whichever you prefer, the web platform and the app both work seamlessly and sync your activity. We recommend having access to both if you can – the web platform is great when you’re at your desk, and the app gives you support on the go, wherever you are.

Yes. The platform and app meet the highest information security and privacy standards, so you can feel confident using either.
